Submitting information through this site does not create an attorney-client relationship. Confidentiality duties may differ before formal engagement. Do not submit emergency, highly sensitive, or privileged information until White & Blue confirms engagement in writing.

Intake information may be routed to firm-controlled systems such as email, spreadsheets, document preparation tools, and payment-link workflows. The firm does not collect card numbers on this website; payments are handled by Stripe.

The site may collect contact details, family and fiduciary information, asset categories, timing needs, religious or burial preferences, and package selections so White & Blue can evaluate the request and prepare follow-up. Access to intake submissions should be limited to personnel and service providers supporting firm review, administration, payment, and document preparation.

Email and spreadsheet-based intake routing can be useful for prompt follow-up, but no online system should be treated as a substitute for a signed engagement agreement or a secure attorney-client communication channel once representation begins.
